Patrick Holmes is the Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer. Patrick has a reputable history of salvaging and growing businesses in the staffing industry on the east and west coast. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from New Jersey City University, along with an MBA specialization in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. He is 36 years old, and is a devoted husband to co-owner Mary Casimir-Holmes, and proud father of three children, Patrick Holmes II, Dominique Holmes, and daughter, Ciara Holmes, for which the firm DomPatCi Management Solutions is named.

Mary Casimir-Holmes is the Co-Owner of the firm. She holds an Associates in Arts Degree in Liberal Arts/Humanities from Essex County College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from New Jersey City University, and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Kean University

Mary brings many years of health care and social work experience with promotes, and brings a calming influence on day-to-day practices of the firm.
