Patrick Holmes

Patrick has a reputable history of salvaging and growing businesses in the staffing industry on both the east and west coasts. He earned a BS Degree in Business Management from New Jersey City University, along with an MBA specializing in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.


Additionally, Patrick has held positions as Vice President of the North West Operations for Student Transportation of America in California, Business Development Manager/ Branch Manager for Kelly Services in Oakland California, Regional Director of the Pacific Coast for Staffing Network, LLC, and District Manager for Labor Ready Inc. in Northeast New Jersey and California. His strengths include extensive sales and management experience, guerrilla marketing skills, plus a keen entrepreneurial sense. His passions are leading by example, motivating his team to achieve the extraordinary, and being totally committed to his clients on a 24 hour, 7-day per week basis.


He is the husband of co-owner Mary Casimir-Holmes, and father of four children, Patrick, Dominique Ciara, and Caiden for which DomPatCi Management Solutions is named.


Mary Casimir-Holmes

Mary brings a proven track record of outstanding sales and service results to the DomPatCi team. She has many years of health care and social work experience, counting positions as Hospice Social Worker with Kaiser Permanente in CA and Director of Social Services for East Orange Nursing Home in (NJ).


She holds an AA Degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities from Essex County College, a BA in Sociology from New Jersey City University, and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Kean University.


Mary uniquely motivates teammates to do the impossible, all the while bringing a calming influence on day-to-day operations.


Sandra Carrion

Sandra Carrion, born in raised in the Bay Area is the Regional Business Development Manager for the West Coast Region. Sandra attended the University of California Berkeley, and has over 12 years of experience in the Staffing Industry. Sandra has been responsible for all aspects of the operation and management of several staffing companies located throughout the Bay Area. Sandra's experience includes over 10 years of experience in recruiting, business development, human resources and management.


Along with experience, Sandra brings passion and a drive that will help grow DomPatCi, and has a satisfaction of placing unemployed citizens back to work, as well as exceeding her clients' expectations. She is currently engaged, and the proud mother of Tatyana Sariah.

Misty Rembert

Misty is a product of The Ohio State University. She has brought over 14 years of diverse staffing experience to the Dompatci Management Solutions team. Misty joined Dompatci in 2010 as Business Development Manager supervising over 300 call center associates at a major client site in addition to securing new business. She then became Regional Manager of East Coast Operations in 2011.


Before joining Dompatci, Misty spent three years in the non-profit staffing sector working on projects with county programs and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps division. Misty is a team player with drive, passion, and determination to secure new business. She uses a creative marketing approach to grab her prospects attention. She is excellent at relationship building. Misty is also a devoted wife to her husband and proud mother of her son Kevin II.
